Limitation of Liability

Watchdance is under no circumstances liable for the content in the User Submissionsn, hence Watchdance is not liable for any damges, claimes, losses, consequential damages arising out of the use of the Website.

Assignment

These terms and conditions, and any rights and licenses granted hereunder, may not be transferred or assigned by you, but may be assigned by Watchdance without restriction.
